1．Put the name of special sponsor
on the welcome-ladies of the conference and provide the dress and
gift with the name and logo of special sponsor.
2．Announce as special sponsor in the press release of the conference.
3．The product release and company introduction will be arranged
in the salons or on the exhibition platform.
4．The name of special sponsor will be presented on the advertisement
and document of the conference together with sponsor of the conference,
media supporting etc.
5．Free ticket of the forum to special sponsor.
Recruitment:
1．Deadline: Written application of acting as special sponsor or
co-organizer should be posted to the preparatory committee of the
conference before Mar. 20, 2002.
2. Fair competition. The preparatory committee will discuss with
consultants and decide who will be the special sponsor.
3．After the determination of sponsor, both parties will sign an
agreement and all the expenses should be paid off.
Note:
The order of name or logo of co-organizers on the backboard of the
rostrum will be arranged by the organizer committee of the conference.
Organizer committee will wholly arrange the distribution of advertisement,
gift and document of every sponsor.
